How much do I pay for delivery?
Order over $70.00 - We offer free delivery anywhere in New Zealand.
Order under $69.99 - $5.00 for non rural addresses | $9.00 for rural addresses
Do you deliver to a PO BOX or Private Bag ?
No, we don’t. All orders will be delivered by Fastway Couriers and they do deliver to any physical address only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Non rural addresses - Usually 1-2 working days
Rural addresses - Usually 2-3 working days
If the items you have purchased are in stock (normally YES), we will always endeavour to dispatch them as soon as we possibly can, which is usually the same day for orders received before 3.00pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched with Fastway Couriers and advising your tracking number.
Do I need to sign for receiving my order?
No, you don’t need to sign for it if your purchase is under $99.00. We request a driver to leave it in your letter box without your signature. If your purchase is over $100.00, the courier service will be “Signature Required” - please sign for receiving your order.
Can I return my order?
If the box of the reeds is unopened, we can accept the return within 14 days. Once we have received it safely, we will arrange the refund or exchange. Please note that once the box is opened, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds due to hygienic reasons.
How can I process a return?
If you would like to return any unopend box of reeds, please contact us by email: email@example.com or via Contact Us page.
If I received a wrong item?
If you received different reeds what you ordered, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or via Contact Us page. We will send the right one to you ASAP. Please keep the wrong reeds you received - That’s on us !
